The Chairman together with 12 Executive Board members on 5/9/2017 came together in a properly constituted meeting pursuant to the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Land Rights Act. The Executive Board were presented with, and discussed in detail, written legal advices in response to recent governance issues.
The Executive Board together with the Chairman resolved that anyone acting without authorisation of the Executive Board in the following activities will be written to, asked to immediately cease and desist, and any failure to immediately cease and desist will result in prosecution:

- Creating any email account in the name of any member of the Executive Board to communicate any business of the Chairman or the Executive Board of APY.

- Using the electronic signature of the Chairman Mr Frank Young.
- Telephoning any member of the APY Executive Board to enquire about the business of APY without just cause.
- Attending on the APY Lands without a permit for any reason whatsoever.
